The Elevated Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch
• ½ oz. Orange Juice
• ½ oz. Lemon Juice
• ½ oz. Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• Angostura Bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake together to mix and then add ice and shake again until frothy. Strain and serve in a coupe glass.
